After a year of using Microsoft's supercharged console, here is my opinion on the Xbox One X! Is it really the most powerful video game console in the world?

AND yes it was my little crush at the time, I bought “day one” the Xbox One X, Scorpio Edition. So of course it wasn't at all reasonable but let's say that it was my Christmas present for 2017. A year later I offer you my opinion on this supercharged console made by Microsoft! Here is my assessment!

A discreet console

This Xbox One What a pleasure to be able to play in total silence, it allows you to make the most of the soundscape of our video games! I didn't notice any noise coming from the console's cooling system. Microsoft has done a very good job with its latest video game console. I'm not going to be tongue-in-cheek, this Xbox One The Xbox One X is also discreet in terms of its design, it fits perfectly into the interior of any living room. We are far from the VCR look of the first XBox One Fat.

A very powerful console

The Xbox One And indeed on paper it is true. It can release a power of 6 teraflops where the PS4 Pro is limited to 4 teraflops.  It also has 12 gigabytes of RAM while the PS4 Pro only has 8. The central processor and graphics of the Xbox One X are also much faster than those of the classic Xbox One and the PS4 Pro. With my Xbox One Even on my small 42-inch Full HD Philips TV, the image is splendid! It's sharp, it's detailed, thanks to supersampling technology which allows you to enjoy the details of a 4K image on an average 1080P TV. Gameplay on Xbox One X is also much smoother thanks to its fast processor. Microsoft has done a crazy job of optimizing hundreds of video games on Xbox One If you want to take in the sights, I advise you to play Forza Horizon 4, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Red Dead Redemption 2 with a 4K TV which is fine. If I have to compare my Xbox One You have understood that you are going to have a blast graphically on Xbox One The Xbox One

A solid console

After a year of intensive use and many hours of gaming thanks to Xbox Game Pass, my Xbox One X Scorpio edition shows no weakness. It is robust, its 4K blu-ray optical drive still works as well, and despite the intense heat of this summer and the heating of winter, my Xbox One

The Xbox One X in search of games

I'm not going to use the language either, unfortunately the Xbox One currently lacks certain exclusives that the PS4 has in abundance. The Xbox One lacks certain types of video games. Where are the exclusive RPGs? the Fable saga is unfortunately missing. The Xbox One also lacks good action adventure games like PS4 Uncharted Spiderman. Fortunately things are finally moving with original games like Sea Of Thieves or incredible racing games like Forza Horizon 4. I'm crossing my fingers that the next X018 event and the next E3s will reveal new exclusive games that are missing on Xbox One.

My opinion on the Xbox One

I will keep it simple and concise. Yes, the Xbox One X is the most powerful console in the world, technically far surpassing the PS4 Pro. Very powerful, quiet and robust, the Xbox One X is the video game console for geeks who want to have the best current video game support for the living room. I may not have been reasonable in buying the Xbox One X, but I regret nothing! Visually I'm enjoying it and what a pleasure to play with a silent console. This Xbox One X bodes well for the future of the Xbox range. Afterwards, with the upcoming presentation of the Playstation 5 and the future Xbox it may be better to wait one more year to see what the future and certainly (unfortunately) latest video game consoles will bring.
