30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received – unused, unplayed, and in original packaging (including protective cases, manuals, inserts, or tags, if applicable).

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Contact Page. So we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Digital downloads, game activation codes, and software keys.

Opened or used items such as controllers, headsets, or accessories where hygiene or performance could be compromised.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to complete a return and place a new order. Once we receive and approve your return, you can re-purchase the correct item immediately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without needing justification. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
