Ready 2 Rumble included the launch games from the venerable Sega Dreamcast! And this boxing game was a huge challenge to the competition, it was so crazy! Here is my Review of Ready 2 Rumble on Sega Dreamcast!

And yes, at the time you had to be ready to properly welcome this Ready 2 Rumble on Sega Dreamcast! This completely crazy boxing game was a big technological blow to the competition of the time! Visually Ready 2 Rumble was breathtaking for its time and knocked out all competition! Graphically it was magnificent but above all it was super fluid! The boxers each had a completely crazy facial expression, and numerous bruises appeared on the boxers during the different fights. With Ready 2 Rumble we discovered that the Sega Dreamcast was an incredibly powerful 128-bit video game console! In addition to having incredible graphics, the 18 boxers available were very different and had crazy looks and crazy measurements! Pad in hand this Ready 2 Rumble was a real treat to handle. The blows rained down between uppercuts, jabbs punches... But also in Ready 2 rumble it was very important to dodge blows well but above all to manage fatigue perfectly well or risk collapsing! And yes, playing in heavy-handed mode absolutely did not guarantee victory! It was therefore necessary to master his character well in order to become the king of the boxing ring :)

This Ready 2 Rumble, helped by its very different boxers, its very good championship, its frenzied local multiplayer, literally knocks out all competition. Almost 20 years later, even if this ready 2 rumble has slightly lost its splendor, particularly in terms of graphics, the fact remains that for me it is one of the best in arcade boxing, quite simply! If you've never played Ready 2 Rumble, now is definitely a good time to start!
