Here is my review of Bud Spencer & Terence Hill – Slaps And Beans on Xbox!

I took advantage of a promotion on the Xbox store to treat myself to Bud Spencer & Terence Hill – Slaps And Beans! It is likely that today's youth unfortunately do not know the brilliant duo composed of the big bearded Bud Spencer and the eternal blond flirt Terence Hill. I know all their films, they were really specialists in the distribution of slaps and spaghetti westerns. Really, if you don’t know their films, watch them and you’ll be amazed :)

Obviously what could be better than a Beat them all which allows us to embody the essential duo Bud Spencer & Terence Hill. Pad in hand from the first minutes I had a blast. I found some of the music from their films, without forgetting their references and schoolboy jokes. You can play as Bud or Terence on the fly, each having their best moves but above all their best slaps! If our life bar decreases too much, we can drink beers and eat beans from the pan to give us a good boost 🙂 . Graphically it's Old School 2D decorated with big pixels ^^. Bud Spencer and Terence Hill are easily recognizable and the look of the villains is quite funny! The game is fluid, the scenery is nice, the gameplay is very naughty, it's a joy to be able to kill thugs ^^. I quickly finished solo Bud Spencer & Terence Hill – Slaps And Beans. As with Street Of Rage, you can play cooperatively with 2 players and it's even more enjoyable! The music in the game is nice, it's a shame that our famous duo doesn't speak, we have to just read the texts in the bubbles. Beat them all, it's quite redundant, but there are still some passages in QTE as well as chases ^^.

Bud Spencer & Terence Hill – Slaps And Beans is an unpretentious little Beat 'em up, refreshing and very naughty. This game pays a very nice homage to the films of the eternal duo Bud Spencer & Terence Hill. If you don't know these two troublemakers, go see their films! It’s nonsense, it’s spaghetti western but we have a good laugh :) .Even if the video game Bud Spencer & Terence Hill – Slaps And Beans is a little short, at a low price it is worth the detour!I just noticed that a sequel is in the works Bud Spencer & Terence Hill – Slaps And Beans 2 😀
