Ps Vita review!
I offer you the test of my Sony portable console, the Ps Vita! Gorgeous! Attractive! Impressive! She had it all! Unfortunately it reminds me of the legendary liner Titanic! For what? answer in this test!
First impression when unboxing, it really looks like a PSP, the design hasn't evolved too much! On the other hand, this Vita has 2 real joysticks in addition to the classic directional cross! as well as the 4 buttons on the front and the 2 triggers on the top.
When I first started it, the quality of the screen blew my mind, wow! 5-inch 16 million color OLED screen and multi-touch capacitive touch! Sony didn't pretend! Technically the Vita has nothing to envy of the PS3 or the XBox360! It’s impressive! This laptop also has 2 cameras, a motion sensor, a multi-touch rear touch screen! and without forgetting Wifi and Bluetooth. A game cartridge port is present as well as a Vita memory card port and the classic jack socket for headphones! In short, this little laptop is a technological gem for any self-respecting geek!
The Vita's operating system is very well thought out, simple and intuitive! This is a change from the PSP and PS3 menu! On the Vita, you can play online!, you can check your emails, go on the internet, chat with players, launch mini games online, download PSOne, PSP and PS Vita! games. The sticks, the directional cross and the touch screens seem reliable and durable over time! This is a very good point! Very good handling on this Vita, well done Sony! Small downside I find the buttons a little small! The console's battery lasts 4 hours with intensive use! Graphically the console is dislocated as I specified above! and in terms of sound, the quality is correct, the integrated speakers do the job!
Vita games are available in stores but also digitally on the Playstation Network!
I strongly recommend subscribing to PSN+! In fact, for €37 per year, you can play 3 new games every month!
To summarize and conclude this test, the Ps Vita is technically a superb portable console! It has some very good games like Uncharted, Gravity Rush, Little Big Planet, Mortal Combat, Assassin’s Creed Liberation, FIFA, Rayman, Wipeout, Soul Sacrifice, Killzone etc… You can also enjoy the PS One and PSP catalog on PSN!. Small novelty, it is possible to stream PS4 games on the PS Vita!
In hindsight, having owned this portable console, I advise you not to buy it for several reasons. Sony recently announced that it would no longer make AAA games (big budget and high potential games) on the Vita, the latest video game shows and publishers are completely ignoring this portable console!. It is now used as a second PS4 controller which is however capable of streaming games from the latest home console! If, however, you plan to acquire it, subscribe to the PSN+ game rental system. It is with regret that my Vita is gathering dust! This is the first time that I regret buying a console, I don't understand why Sony put it in the closet!
