My Play Tablet Test
Did you know the My Play gaming tablet from Dea Factory? I assure you, me neither! I got this console on sale for €40! So what is this creature worth?
Gaming tablet really?
I had no plans to purchase a gaming tablet, but it must be said that this one caught my eye, especially at the price of €40! The characteristics seemed correct to me (Arm A8 1.5ghz processor, Mali 400 GPU, 07-inch 1024*600 screen, 04 gigabyte capacity expandable by micro SD). At €40, instead of €100, I wasn't risking much anyway! At the first start I noticed that this tablet was running the Android 4.0 operating system. It seemed pretty responsive, until I integrated my Google account with hundreds of messages and apps. And watch out for the damage! The tablet crashed, and even refused to respond! In short, radical solution, I reset the machine and installed a Google account empty of any content! And miraculously, the My Play works correctly! So I installed the first emulators on it (Game Boy, Nes, Super Nes, Nintendo 64, Gamegear, Playstation 1, Master System, Megadrive, Mega Cd…).
A gamepad for emulation?
With Android help, the Google Play Store is full of fantastic video game console emulators! There’s plenty to enjoy! Especially since the My Play tablet has a directional cross, a joystick, and numerous physical buttons that can be easily configured depending on the emulator. If emulation is not enough for you, the Play Store has many Free To Play Android games. But be careful, this tablet is not super powerful either. The screen of the My Play tablet is just okay, and even if the 1024*600 resolution seems limited, we're still getting used to it! In terms of machine responsiveness, it’s really not the best in the field, you have been warned! On the other hand, I appreciate the lightness of this My Play and its well-integrated gamepad. Count on an autonomy of 04 hours in video games. To finish with this test, this My Play from Dea Factory is not the best Gaming tablet, but for €40 it is still worth it. Don't forget to install a blank Google account otherwise the tablet will cry… If you really want to invest in these gaming tablets, choose an Nvidia Shield, or a powerful Chinese Jxd console.
