About game saving:

Whether the game can be saved depends on whether the game itself supports saving, and has nothing to do with the cassette.

If you encounter any problems while using the cassette tape, please try the following steps before contacting customer service.

1.After the cassette tape is inserted into the main unit, the screen will display black or red

① Please ensure that you are using the original console. flashmaster cannot work on emulation-based systems (RetroN5 or Retro Freak) or clone consoles.

② Flashmaster is not installed correctly. Please unplug Flashmaster and insert it again.

③ flashmaster may be incompatible with some third-party controllers. Please use the original controller.

④ There are compatibility issues between third-party power supplies and flash shopping carts. If you encounter any problems when using the card, please switch to the original

Power supply.

2. If the text on the console screen is not clear, or the console suddenly freezes the game.

Try cleaning the flash and the gold fingers of the console with alcohol, glass cleaner or contact cleaner.

3. The screen displays an error code (error: xx).

50-59: SD initialization error.

62-63: SD reading error may damage the file system of the SD card

64-68: SD writing error may damage the file system of the SD card
