Installation Guidance

This screen is designed for easy installation but requires shell cutting to fit correctly. If the shell is not cut sufficiently, the LCD may be squeezed, leading to uneven backlighting or display issues.

Tools Required (not included):

• Y-type 3.0 screwdriver

• Cross-type 2.5 screwdriver

• Diagonal pliers

Installation Notes:

1. Disassembly: Remove the motherboard, then carefully remove the old LCD.

2. Assembly: Install the new IPS LCD first, then reassemble the motherboard.

3. Shell Modification: Ensure proper cutting of the shell as shown in reference diagrams.

4. Brightness Adjustment: Beginners are recommended to use the original buttons to adjust brightness, as touch adjustments can be less user-friendly.

5. Caution: Do not pull the ribbon cable or insert it in reverse, as this can permanently damage the screen or motherboard.
